Not pointing the finger at anyone specifically! A walk down kao sahn road should provide ample opportunity to prove whether his theory is correct or not. Everthing unsavoury is always the fault of foreigners. Which foreigners? Chinese, Indians? No, back backer farangs are to blame. After all they are obviously disease ridden. I assume the planes they arrived on also have the same infestations then? Oops, never heard of that one. Must be a foreign airline cover up as this couldn't possibly be a Thai problem.
