SOURCE: Pattaya Daily News: March 17th 2008

Pattaya City Hall worker, Mr Banyat Sansri, was caught at just after midday on Sunday March 16th, surrepticiously taking video shots of unsuspecting women's underwear in Big C by a security guard.

The culprit, dressed in a green taxi-drivers uniform, had just gone round the back of a young, skimpily dressed Japanese tourist to start taking video shots under her dress with his mobile phone, when he was caught red handed by a suspicious security guard, Mr Jareuk Deeden (40).

More details at pattayadailynews.com including intimate mobile phone photographs of ladies underwear.

Like yer mum told you ... always go out in clean underware.

Naka.

I think in thailand he would be refered to as a ' Peeping Somchai' - if you dont mind!

In some of the photo-stills on the Pattaya Daily News webpages, it appears as if the Japanese female victim is crying as she points out the photographer. However having watched the Pattaya City News Channel report, she appears to be laughing hysterically.

Not surprising, since the Japanese (male) fetish market is massive. She probably thought home-from-home........

Skimpily dressed? The skirt goes almost to her knees.. Obviously never been for a walk down soi 6. :o
