Due to the recent tragic death of one of our cats, from a road accident, we are able to open our home to the adoption of a new kitten. We are life-long cat lovers and will offer the best of care and lots of love to the new member of our family. We are looking for a FEMALE kitten of between 1-4 months old, who has been hand-raised and is a "people" cat.

Preference goes to "hard-luck" cases and funny colourations are certainly encouraged. If you have or know of any cats up for adoption, please PM to me. We live in Pattaya so are limited to kittens in this area.

PS: We are looking to adopt (not buy) our new family member :o

So sorry to hear about your cat.

I suggest you contact www.scadbangkok.org/adoption, altho based in Bangkok I thibnk they can arrange to send cats elsewhere (in fact, they even do international adoptions). On the website you can browse pictures and descriptions.

Good luck, and post a picture of the new one once you have him/her!

I had no idea that there was somewhere like www.scadbangkok.org in Thailand, I just donated $100 and will probably donate more. Maybe this thread could have a permanent link to these people because it looks like a great organisation.

Check at a Wat near where you live. Many people leave unwanted cats ans dogs there with the Monks as they value all life. I personaly feed and care for about 15 cats at the Wat near me. I am sure you will find a good cat.

Thanks for the great link...lottas cut cats available for adoption there. I have a car so it is not a problem for me to drive up to Bangkok and visit this very worthwhile looking organization.

Hi

I am wondering if you are still interested in adopting a cat. We have a Siamese cat named Mimi, which is looking to a new mum or dad. She had been vaccinated and looked after for one and half year.

If you are interested please **email removed** please PM poster--sbk
