However, looking on this forum, they have a lot more very good reports... look when a technician comes out and seemingly is unaware of what ESD is it sends alarm bells ringing in my head - ESD is a big prob when working with PC components that is why they are supplied in those nice grey anti static bags - the thought of some techie poking around in my 800 pound machine without taking precautions against static was enough to put me off sending my machine in...I browsed the net and found a techie forum, browsed for a prob exactly the same as mine and fixed my PC in 5 mins...the guy from pattaya to you was trying to fix it for at least an hour and a half;the first thing he should have done is run a mem. test ...he would have found problem straight away...so although they have had good reviews from customers I wont be using them......
