Visa not required for stay of max. 1 month. Visitor must hold: - return/onward tickets (unless when in transit to either mainland China (People's Rep.) or Macao (SAR China) by land or sea); and - all documents required for next destination; and - sufficient funds. Non-compliance with the entry/transit regulations may result in refusal of passenger and a fine of HKD 10,000.- for carrier.
