Israeli Couple accused of assaulting Bar Girl.

A bizarre case now from Pattaya Police Station who arrested an Israeli National, Mr. Reuven Zalait aged 20 in the early hours of Thursday Morning following allegations of assault from a Bar Girl, Khun Pentipar aged 28 who works at a bar in South Pattaya.

She presented herself to Police wearing no cloths and it appeared that her hair had been cut and she also sustained some minor head injuries. Mr. Zalait was taken to the Police Station and predictably the stores from the victim and the arrested man were different.

Khun Pentipar explained that she was taken to the Hotel Room of Mr. Zalait and his Israeli Wife. A fee of 2,000 Baht was agreed upon and she was expected to have sex with Mr. Zalait while his Wife filmed the session.

An argument ensued as Mrs. Zalait refused to film the act and she then apparently attacked the bar worker.

She was hit in the head and her hair was cut. Mr. Zalait denied all allegations of assault and claimed that he did not know the suspect. Mrs. Zalait mysteriously disappeared and could not be found by Police or her Husband. The case is now on hold pending further investigations.

Not really that unusual when you think about it.

In a lot of places in NA, the police make no effort at all (usually) to arrest women that are openly propositioning prospective customers, but they do seem bent on arresting/harrassing/embarrassing men that may have done nothing other than drive through an area where those women are plying their trade.

And even if she was technically breaking the law (by agreeing to have sex for money), that doesn't make it alright to attack her. Guess this guy's wife suddenly realised that the girl was better than her in various ways and got jealous ? Maybe the hubby was enjoying the encounter a little too much ?

The wife obviously knows she's in <deleted>, which would be why she disappeared so quickly. Wonder if they'll catch her at the airport ?

STARK NAKED PATTAYA BAR GIRL FLEES GROUP SEX SESSION

An Israeli man took a Thai girl from a bar at 7.30 pm, on April 3, 2008, intoxicated her with alcohol and sex stimulants and tried to force her to indulge in a group sex session. When she declined, the foreign couple held her down and half scalped her hair. Luckily, she then managed to escape, running out onto the street stark naked.

Pattaya Police Captain Manu Song-bpo-klang, being notified that there was a nud_e, distraught female, crying and running along Pattaya 2nd Road, near Central Pattaya, he sent out an investigative team.

Arriving at the scene, police found the hysterical Mrs. Bpenthipa Bpokseen (28) from Sukothai province, drunk and naked, with half of her hair shaved off. Woman police kindly provided her with clothes and attempted to comfort her. Mrs. Bpenthipa told police that Mr. Reuyen Zalait (31), an Israeli national, had bar-fined her and taken her back to his room at Nova Park hotel, Soi A.R. Central Pattaya, offering her Bt.2,000 for the experience.

The couple arrived to find a foreign woman already waiting eagerly in the hotel room. Zalait then forcibly intoxicated Mrs. Bpenthipa with alcohol and sex stimulants and disrobed her, after which she gave him oral sex. However, when she became aware that Zalait wanted to up the ante by involving her first in lesbian sex and later in a threesome with the foreign female, she declined, never having previously indulged in either experience.

At this point, she related that she had attempted to dress and leave, but the foreign couple became aggressive. They both held Mrs. Bpenthipa down and shaved off half her hair in retaliation. She struggled and became hysterical and, still naked, ran to the door, managing to escape.

Pattaya Police officers then went to Nova Park Hotel to confront Zalait, who was alone in the room, the foreign woman having already left. Police found Mrs. Bpenthipa's hair on the floor and kept it as evidence, subsequently detaining Zalait.

Zalait related that he has been staying at the hotel since March 28. He told police that he'd entertained the idea of having a group sex session and had paid a foreign woman accordingly, subsequently going to the bar and engaging Mrs. Bpenthipa.

After the initial episode, when Mrs.Bpenthipa realized the foreign couples' intentions and wanted to leave, Zalait confessed that he'd become enraged and had half scalped the bar lady with the aid of his foreign female accomplice; the victim managing to escape soon after by running out of the room completely naked. Zalait further told police that he didn't think Mrs. Bpenthipa would dare to report the incident.

After the investigation, police detained Zalait on charges of forcible detention and molestation.

Perhaps the attempted shaving of the victim's head has some subliminal revenge motive from the Israeli Jewish perspective.

Female Jews held at death/concentration camps in Nazi Germany had their heads shaved in order to humiliate (them).

I supect this, because in this reported case it is so unusual.

Mr. Reuyen Zalait (31) should be punished for his alleged assault and crime. Maybe Soi 9 police can find a special "concentration camp"for him..........?

I know us Aussies have a bit of a reputation as do the English and everyone else for that matter. But it seems the Israelis tend to have one of the worst reputations when it comes to violence to our wonderful bar workers.

Thanks for the definition, what is important is what is defined by Thai law so it will be probable that there are many different translated interpretations.

Here in the UK it is a common misconception that prostitution is illegal, the actual criminal offenses are "soliciting", "brothel keeping", "living off immoral earnings" (pimping), etc.

Even if this woman was guilty of any minor crime they should be able to go to the police to report this type of crime without fear of prosecution, what these people did to her was evil and sick, they should be stopped before they progress to even worse such as "Snuff" films, maybe some kind person could smuggle a camera in to the prison where he is being held so the inmates can film him being rapped, (not that I would be intrested to see such film other than the look on his face).
