The 6 of Arpril is an holyday. Maybe they need one extra day off ???

yes, Monday is a Gov't Holiday for Thailand.

April the 6th (Sunday) is Chakri Day - celibration of Thai Royal family, Monday many offices will shut in lieu of the previous day. Pattayamail write up here.

now it's confirmed, thai embassies were closed yesterday. i just passed thai embassy in KL this morning and the line was very long so i decided to go back tomorrow instead. i heard that many people did not made it to the application as the embassy only allowed 100 people to get in. better be early...

Just for information I think they are closed Monday and I think Tuesday next week as well
