opengoal Posted April 10, 2008 Share Posted April 10, 2008 Two friends of mine have been exporting a particular type of goods from Thailand to Australia 'under the radar' so to speak. The goods are legal but they do not have work permits. An oppurtunity to speak to one of Australias largest retail outlets has prompted them to get legit. They do not have the cash to invest to acquire permits so are looking to start the company thru their spouses. They would like advice from registering the company name to claiming back the vat for exports. They would like to know everything (including paying taxes). If you dont know the full process but know parts please post below. If you have any links that would be helpful they would be appreciated.
