Heavy rain was forecast for Quang Ngai Wednesday night and Thursday. Last night we had a short sharp rainstorm and today has dawned bright and sunny although there are heavy clouds on the horizon. We believe that tropical storm Neoguri has veered away to the north heading towards Hainan and Hong Kong.
