the_junglist
Hello all at Thai visa forum, I hope someone can answer this quick question. I will be getting married in the UK next month to my Thai Girlfriend. She has a visitor visa for the purpose marriage already. We have a date set already at registry office in the UK. Does she also need some sort of proof or stamp in her passport that we have to present to the registration office on the day of the marriage to show that she is not already married in Thailand? If so what is it we have to do to get this, where do we get it from and how long does it take? Thanks for your time.
the scouser
If your fiancée has previously been married, she should present the registrar with either her divorce certificate or ex's death certificate. If she has never been married, the registrar should accept a simple declaration to that effect. Scouse.
