I have been having trouble find grass/lawn seed. Can anyone help I am in Korat, Nakorn Racthacisma.

Hi, from my experience it's difficult to find in Thailand,the only one i found was in a tin and imported seed,and its about 500 baht per tin,has about 50m square,i bought some and tried it but very little of it showed through,i finished up buying turf matts, about 22 baht a square meter,but it's nothing like turf i'd buy in England with lots of soil on the back of it,but surprisingly it did still adhere to the earth and grew quite well,you have to water it heavily every day to start with.

If you do buy turf,try to buy what they call Yar Yippon,its a japanese grass and is better.hope this helps...

True, I've been looking for the seed as well and have not been able to source it.

The turf growers don't use seed either, they just take out part of the grass and let it grow close again!

Same here, never found the stuff. I had thought of going to a nearby golf course and asking where they get the stuff.
