True Smtp

Featured Replies

Hello,

I need to change my smtp outgoing to speed up sending my mail. at the moment it can take ages for my mail to leave the outbox and I have been told I should change the outgoing settings to help it run smoother.

so can anyone tell me which smtp from True to use please?

The True SMTP server is: mxauth.truemail.co.th

you have to tag 'server requires authentication' and under settings tag 'log on using' and enter your account details.

opalhort

Or you use mail.trueinternet.co.th NO authentication is need for this one.

Cheers.

thanks for your replies, all sorted now.

thank you

Some mail sites refuse to accept mail from True as it's blacklisted there.

SMTP server that doesn't require authorisation is asking to be used to send a lot of spam.

From my point of view and experience you're wrong. That SMTP is the one which never has any problems as long as I use it and that's more than 4 years. While the other TRUE SMTP's used by customers, having a lot problems started from spamming til black listed. Used the mxauth.truemail.co.th for a few days with problems and was gone back to the old one with no problems.

Cheers.

Are people still having issues with the True SMTP servers being black listed? Is much mail ending up in the recipients junk mail folders? :)
