New Passport And Credit Card. Flying With Airasia.

Featured Replies

Since we booked our trip with AirAsia we've gotten new passports and credit card. Do we have to bring the old ones to check in, our will a copy be ok or nothing at all?

dont know but won't take a lot of room to take old ones never mind a copy!

Suggest you take both. Sometimes they want to check the Credit Card you paid with and if they took a photocopy of your Passport when you booked the trip, your new one won't have the same Passport Number.

Take both, it will save you a long and convoluted explanation at check in time.

Sort it out with them BEFORE you fly. I had a change of passport and just contacted them and had then note the changes.

Reason? About 2 weeks before watched a lovely couple being POLITELY told that they wouldnt be getting on the upcoming flight cause their documents didnt match the ones on the booking.

Sort it out with them BEFORE you fly.

Yeah good luck with doing that from Sweden. :o

Did you contact them through e-mail (if so what is the address?) or did you call them?
