Its a nice simple well built home in Lipa Noi area of the island. Its very near water falls and Lipa Noi beaches. The local hospital and Naton is just 5 mins drive away though the area around the house is very quiet, clean and natural and right near the largest trees on the island. He was asking 2.5 mil Thai baht now willing to look and and take any reasonable offer!The house has its final blue house book and the land chanote land title.
