Colour Management ?

I require professional quality colour prints I have been using IQ LAB [bkk]

They require that i use their embedded profile for their Lambda printer

The problem is once i have got my colours exactly as i want them on my monitors

profile and i assign the Labs profile my colours just turn to mud [a crimson red becomes muddy orange]

It is impossible to tweak the colours back to anything resembling what i want

Does anbody know what i,m talking about? If not does anybody know a professional photo

printer in BKK that you can actually talk to and who deals with you in a personal way

I have dealt with printing labs in many countries but i have not come across a Lab like IO

where it is impossible to talk to the people actually doing the work The poor receptionists

have to deal with everything HELP PLEASE
