i am looking for German Shepherd Breeders as i am wanting to buy 1.

I have done a search on google but only came up with 1 result for Mark Bench i think he was called and have e-mailed him a few days ago but have had nothing back. I have also send a message to macb and Ponti but have had no reply.

I live in Sakon Nakhon but i would be willing to travel anywhere on the main land if anyone could give me any idea where i can buy.

i did see that but i live in Sakon Nakhon and they where in Samui, i am not sure how i would get the dog back to Sakon Nakhon. They also looked like long haired German Shephards. I have a goldon retriever now who is great but the wife does not want another long haired dog.

when I was last in thailand I visted several gsd breeders/ exhibitors premises and most gsd people seem to be based in the koral area,oddly enough in the uk there is a very high amount of successful GSD breeders/exhibitors based in the north east of england so maybe thats where your interest in the gsd stems from?

There is a GSD Club of Thailand based in BKK which should be contactable via the internet and phone book, if not get onto the thai Kennel club for details of GSd breeders.

A word of warning, I have seen many very good GSD's in Thailand and I have also been shocked to see a litter that was bred by an educated guy in Korat that inclued a couple of puppies which were eithe rblind or had serious eye proplems.

THis was not typical of the breed but a reflection of the lack of care and experience with the breed I suspect.

There is a glossy magazine that I found in Thailand that contained details of exhibitors/breeders/ breed clubs/trainers of vertually every bred you could imagine, perhaps some of theo ther posters can confirm the name of it and where you can get a copy?

Please shop around, see mum and dad if possible, if you cannot at least see the mother dont take a chance go elsewhere.

I have to say that I was blown away at the quality of a couple of Gsd pups aged about 10-12 weeks I saw being offered for sale in C C Market in BKK, they were s good as you would find in Germany or the uk at that age, I suspec that they wer bred from show stock and having selected the best fom the litter the exhibitor/breeder was disposing of the rest.

I would suggest that you make enquiries, make it clear you want a pet not a show pup and I am sure that you will be able to find a healthy well bred pup that is not suited for the show ring but a geat dog anyway.

I still have 2 female pups 4 months old.

and new born 4 male and 4 female

The dogs are in Chiang Mai area
