Will I have any issues installing these (assuming they are the correct parts) components into my desktop from Thailand. I figured there wouldn't be any problems, but just checking. You'll have absolutely no problems unless you have some sort of propreitary desktop model. I.E. some models from Dell. One you built yourself shouldn't cause any issues.
