Since you post here will assume you are talking about a Thai girl visiting the UK.  She WILL need a visa.  To obtain a visa she will have to convince your Embassy that she has every reason to return to Thailand at the end of the holiday.  If she is well educated, has money for trip and has a good job to return to her chance of obtaining a visa should be fairly good.
