Confused With Singapore Processing Time

Hello,

I wanted to go to singapore to get a tourist visa arriving on a wed (thursday morning application) hoping to pick it up the following day, friday.

But the processing time (see below from website) seems to confuse me.

Can someone tell me if I apply on thursday morning must I only pick it up on the following monday?

Office Hours of the Visa Section 09:15am - 11:30am. (application submission only)

02:00pm - 4:30pm. (collecting only)

Minimum visa processing time (2 working days)

Two working day means Thursday and Friday. Turn it in Thursday morning, get it back Friday afternoon.

Every time I've gotten the visa in Singapore, it's always turn it in in the morning, pick up the next afternoon. Just keep in mind the numerous diffferent holidays that are observed. I got caught there on a Muslim holiday I wasn't aware of, and had to spend an extra day.
