no, they would need their own visas. If you got an extension of stay, then they would be able to get matching extensions of stay based on your extension. But I doubt you would get an extension of stay since you are volunteering and not making a salary.

If your daughter is in school, then she could get an education visa/extension, and your husband could get one based on your daughters.
