Wishing To Buy A Sat Nav

Featured Replies

Hello All.

I was wondering if you could help.

I live in the uk but visit Thailand a lot as I am, like a lot uf us married to a Thai lady.

I want to buy a sat nav here in the UK but was wondering if anyone knows of any sat navs on the market that are or can be loaded with info on European and Thai countries.

Thank you

Just to add.

Basically I'm hoping to have a system that I can remove from my car in the uk and use in Thailand without and problems.

Thanks

I do believe you're talking about an GPS (Global Positioning System). There a lot different around. May you'll take a look at Garmin.com which also have the street maps for Thailand.

Cheers.

Get a garmin (amazon uk has a 250w for just ver 100 GBP with Eur maps) and then add the ESRI maps for Thailand (7k done here, 120 USD from america, free is you download it and find he garmin unlocking keygen)..

Garmin is the best mapping game in town for Thailand.

I recently bought an ASUS P535 here in Thailand, it is a PDA phone with GPS. It comes with SpeedNavi software and a Thai map, languages are English and Thai. You can get the same phone in Europe that runs Destinator 6 software which can also be bought seperatly. The phone comes with the suction cup windshield mount and car charger. have been using it for about a week and am very happy with it excellent phone and GPS. Save you from dragging your mobile and a GPS device with you.
