I don't know a place in Pattaya. However, the Bully's Bar on Sukhumvit near soi Nana -you know the place, big bronze bull out front- does a nice egg-bacon-cheese-English muffin breakfast sandwich. I've been thinking about making my own English muffins lately. It seems to not be too hard to do.
