Hi There,

I am new to the forum and any advice is welcome.

I currenty have a one year non-immigrang B visa + work permit.

I went to renew and was informed that I was no longer eligible for

a one year visa as my salary is under 50,000 THB per month.

Ok no problem I will go to Penang and get a one year multiple-entry

visa.

Requiment for thin miminum wage 35,000.

Problem is local immigration now saying that 50,000 THB is the miminum

wage for anyone appling for a Non immigrant Visa as of 1st Oct 2004.

Can anyone please advise me on what are the current regulations.

I have company papers, balance sheet, letter of employment, personal tax records etc.

Regards

BJ
