Small Trailer Wheels

I'm trying to source a set of trailer wheels, tires, stub axles, hubs and all the necessary bearings etc to build a small boat trailer. Due to the boat design and usage, the wheels must be small, for example 10" or 12" trailer wheels would be fine. The only thing available locally is 13" car rims with high profile tires, with whatever rusty old parts and worn bearings and bits they can cut off of old junkers. Have been around to tire/wheel shops and people who build trailers, and the general response is along the lines of "why would you want that?" I suppose that even golf cart wheels and tires would be fine. Does anyone know of any sources for new parts like this? I live in Samui, but can order/travel within reason. Cheers -
