The Main Service center is on Rama 3 Road. Others are in Pantip Plaza, IT Mall Fortune Town, Zeer Rangsit and other IT Malls.

I have found that the counter staff speak good english at the two locations I have tried, so you should be able to call them for advice and directions if you don't speak Thai.
