axl
It is conspicious that roads (at least in the Laguna/Thalang area) are getting a new "finish" every year although they need it like a teenager makeup. Nevertheless the City Council laments that they are short of money (f.e. to sign a new contract with the Garbage Disposal Company). I am curious whether someone knows what's behind this "policy". The road up the hill to Karon has had no pavement, just a sheer drop of 8 feet for about 6 months. They've actually started to cover the new sewer now, but it was extremely dangerous for a long time.
