Can the "show tax"-period in the wp, page 21, get changed from 16 to 12 month?

Why?

Last week, I've been talking to a guy, about multiple B's, and he say's, his accounting is try to change this 6 month to 12 month for someone, telling, KL want there 12 month, to grant multiples.

Ups!

Ok, went with him to his accounting, they told me the same, the wp is under renewal and changing, at time.

Ups!

Told my accounting this, they said : no way, 100, no 1000, no 1 000 000 % sure, 'cause law said, you HAVE to show tax every 6 month.

Ups!!

Thought, I missunderstood, maybe, they will change the validity from 6 to 12, but today, I passed that office, and went in, for confirming my thinking:

No, they told me again, this time only in past, THEY (Labour office) CHANGED it to 12 month.

But they couldn't show me this, ""cause the wp-holder took the wp already.

Before I try to make my accounting work and ask at the Labour office (faceloosingstory, I guess), and before I ask the other accounting, if they can ask the customer, if it is possible, to get me a copy to show my accounting officer, that he maybe not know, what 1 000 000 % sure means, usually, I would like to know, if it can be, or if it has to be, lke it is: show every 6 month.

so thats confirming my information from the Hongkong consulate, that I post before, and maybe my question about page 21 is only another part in "we not saying something real", but i would like to know it anyway:

Is the 6 month tax showing changeable to 12 month a procedure, that is inside the taxlaw's?
