I'm planning on opening my own business at the end of this year. But is unsure about how hard/easy this will be. After doing some research on the internet, I have come to the point where I am sure I need legal advice to make the business.

I'm a Danish guy whom been living in Thailand for the last 8 years, but have never done any business here myself.

My idea is to setup a teacher's agency, where I offer teachers to local private Thai schools in Bangkok. I don't want to open my business as a school as I am not going to have any in-house teaching and I understand setting up a school will take a longtime due to the ministry of education.

I'm planning on having about 10-15 teachers working for me, sending them to local Thai schools. I will then get money from contracts from schools about 50,000 THB per teacher.

Some of the things I am not sure about is:

1. will I will able to go out and get the contracts signed, before registering my company. Just to be sure my ideas will work.

2. How will I set it up and how much money do I need to start it up.

3. Do I need a Thai partner to make it easier to start up.

4. As you might be aware, some teachers in Thailand is working in Thailand without workpermit, how can I pay their salaries without getting trouble.

Really hope some of you guys have some advice for me.

I have the teachers and will always have teachers on hand, so that is not the problem.
