There's just one problem: I can't, for the life of me, find the cust. svc. hotline number. Can't find it on their website either. I'm assuming one exists, because I clearly recall calling it 2 years back, when I moved and had to switch the line over to my new place.

Getting 150kbps download speed after 6pm... on a 2.5mbps line.

I wonder if I should try switching to:

1. SME plan, 2mbps

2. 5mbps line

3. Different ISP

I just need 1mbps to work with, and I can't even get that. *sigh*

Agreed, I'm with KSC.

They happened to be the only provided servicing our area when we came to Thailand, apart from a few minor breaks our link has been up for three years

The only negative, they 'aint cheap (1900Baht for a 512/256 connection, it does run at 512/256 internationally though)
