Does any one know where I can buy Suriyothai Dolls in Thailand

Is this a type of doll?? Or ones from the Movie?? "Legend of Suriyothai"

Yes this is the doll of Phra Suriythai, the Thai queen who sacrifices her life to save her husband

The doll is in full battle dress from the Hantawaddy Battle

I guesss it was done when the Movie was big time in Thailand a couple of years ago as a souvineer

Now the Movie has been released in the Western world there is an interest to buy them

Some one in Thailand hopefully knows who made them, or where they are sold

According to the search I made that Movie came out in 2001, I did a search for suriyothai dolls but it just showed web pages about the Movie. I would like to get one since I do Like the Movie very much. If you happen to come across where to find them Please share the info Thanks

They where On Sale in Thailand in 2002

I also have many friends who are interested so I have added you name to the list of interested buyers

I now have 12 people who are interested in putting in orders for this doll

But it seems no one in Thailand is reading this post

I am sad to see that it seems in Thailand no one cares about there own history
