As a frequent customer at a couple of bars in Soi Reggae it seems that driving there is becoming increasingly hazzardous, the bar before Asia Bar has its Barladies/boys blocking one side of the road, constantly forcing on coming traffic to stop or veer onto the wrong side of the road.

Then once the bars close its a freeway for pissed farangs.

Surely speedbumps or better still making it a walkway would make it safer for all. There is a carpark opposite Hyena Bar where everyone could park, revenue could be generated by charging a nominal parking fee. Perhaps 2 Tuk Tuks could ferry people to and from Reggae Club and back.

They terrify me. I'm on full throttle on the other side of the road to get past. And they've got long arms, my knee is scraping the concrete steps of the opposite bar

but who would pay for these new safty measures?

& the answer to that question is the reason why nothing will ever get done with regards to implementing safety measures..
