I'm wondering how the phrase "sun dodger" translates

my GF is a sun dodger , believe all that crap about Skin whitening creams , but dose not believe sun block works .

anyway it got me thinking , Are there any fun Names / phases for theses girls from Esarn who strive to be as white as ..... a Bangkok girl for example

Your girl friend may be on to something - not the skin whitening part, but the part about staying out of the sun. Maybe she has been reading warnings like the one below from Thai doctors. I wonder if the skin whitening creams also serve as sun-blockers.
