I have many mates over the years who have put so much shit into there body and luckily have come out the other side(ie not dead). But they are the lucky ones. i have also known people who have been on JEllies and went home passed out on bed. Didn't wake up. Choked on their own vomit. This lad was only 16. Given jellies by his sister. She gotta live with that. RIP Chris. Also the last time i took coke. It was great but the next 2 days i was f##### and lost 2 days of work and about 400 quid by not being at work. Vowed then never to take it again. But it is a personal choice. As for grassing to the cops. Come on, as long as it doesn't affect you. ie losing your business. Dont do it. You dont know what could come back on you. If you dont like it then fine. It was in my good old days about 10 years ago Coke is just to bloody expensive. 3000 bath for a gram it was back then in those days and you'd use it in two days. English Noodles Posted October 31, 2004 Share Posted October 31, 2004 When i was young and not long left school i used to love taking Exctacy, that was back in the late 80s early 90s, once i had made my way in my chosen career and obviously had more disposible income i used to like going out on a weekend and taking Charlie while i was out getting drunk with friends, it was a social thing and we were not harming others, one friend was a Doctor whos wife was a nurse and they both used to take it on a regular basis, other friends were engineers, electricians, joiners etc from all walks of life. It effects people in different ways as does alcohol, some people it just makes them feel good and they do not go on like <deleted>, others do. just as alcohol can change some people from extremely shy and polite in to absolute animals. It is all down to personality and the reasons you are doing it, if you are taking it to escape from other factors in your life then you are doing it for the wrong reasons, just as you would be if this was your reason for abusing alcohol. However if you can take it or leave it and just do it to socialise then i dont see the problem at all, aslong as it does not effect you in such a way that is beggins to effect your life or others around you in a negative way. As for taking illegal drugs in Thailand, I DONT, I NEVER HAVE and I NEVER WILL. The risks are not worth it and if that was realy what i was in to i would have chosen a different place to live. As for other people taking drugs here in Thailand well that is up to them untill they start being a negative influence or pain to other people. Personaly if friends of mine were taking drugs when i was out with them here, i would tell them that i am not interested and would rather not hang out with them when they are doing it as there is this perception of being guilty by asosiation. As i say though when in Englang it is a different matter, though i have not taken it for so long now i dont think i would have any real interest in doing it again.
