Web Templates,html Files,onto Memory Stick

Hello all.Another wet behind the ears computer question.

If i wanted to download associated files for modifying web templates,but didnt want to take my laptop into an internet cafe with me,what should i be looking for,model,price,location,etc?

Also my girlfreind keeps nagging me to get a memory stick for our sony cybershot.Would,or could they be compatable?

& is it no problem dowloading these files into an e-mail account if required,so you can access them in their also?
