Hi Have looked but cant find the answer to this question

1 Is it all pay as you go in Thailand or can you have a contract with phone Co. Same as you can in the UK

2 If you can are calling rates cheaper ? My wife is in Thailand and I am in UK

3 Which Co offers the best deal with regard to rates to the UK.
