Well it means that something is the same, but different.

Quite obvious really

I read it as "I can't be arsed explaining"

An acceptable (but not identical) replacement/substitute.

It is the exact opposite of Different Different but Same

Where as her hubbie had But different on the front and Same Same on the back. Go figure. Must have thought it was funny. I just thought that they looked f###### stupid.

Must've looked like &lt;deleted&gt;. Not big &lt;deleted&gt; though, but as Thais would probably say 'big little'.

They weren't the smallest of people. But i've seen bigger. Nearly gave them their cab fare and told them to go home.
