hi

iam a new member to this forum and i need some information about a non immigrant o visa from malaysia. is it possible to get a non immigrant o multi entry visa from the thai embassy in kuakalumpur? i am married to a thai woman and have just lost my job and want to get an o visa.

When I applied for non-B they told me there was no chance of getting a multi-entry. I did get a 3 month single entry though. I found them fairly easy to deal with - although I didn't have all the proper documents with me so that caused some chaos (my fault, not theirs). Good luck!

KL is (currently) one of the better places for multi non-o visas (having written that there will be a report of problems of course).

I've got two there (I travel a lot, can't guarantee being in Thailand for an extension). Both times I took the Missus, both times she talked to the nice lady behind the counter more than I did :D

It is probably the best first choice in the area for multi entry non immigrant O visa. Be sure to have wife ID card (or passport) copy signed and dated plus copy of home register also signed/dated. Also good to have short letter from her asking visa to be issued so you can stay with her and copy of whatever bank account information you have in Thailand. It may be issued without last two items but always good to have extra rather than not enough.
