Office Depot on Sukhumvit Road (next to Homeworks and close to BIG C is very good).

Apart from that both Tescos and Friendship have a decent range.

Try Friendship Supermarket on the 2nd floor, half way down South Pattaya Rd. Have good stationary selection.
