torrenova
I've got to go down to Hua Hin at short notice this week and apart from the Hyatt and Marriott I don't have any hotel experience there. All I want is a moderate place with reasonable facilities and near the town centre. OK, I can handle a bit of a walk and don't need beach frontage but something more reasonable that the Hyatt pricewise is what I'm after. I've been through sawadee and some look ok but I'd prefer something with a recommendation. Thanks.
jumnien
Fresh Inn across from the Hilton is a lovely little hotel in the 1500-2000 price range.

whatsoever
Fresh Inn across from the Hilton is a lovely little hotel in the 1500-2000 price range. Good advice - being near the Hilton is the key to having a nice time in Hua Hin. Lots of bars, restaurants, beach etc. in walking distance. hendrix
My hotel is a little out of the way but as I rented a motorbike, nothing is a long drive. I recommend http://huahinmedia.com/ghouse.php.

scotwumman
Top Marks hotel has been recommended elsewhere on the forum - within your price range anyway - pl post if you like it as family going there later in year
fire2rescue99
There's a place just next to the Fresh Inn, 1 door to the north, directly across from the Hilton. ( I cannot remember the name) It was 800/night and just fine. Breakfast included. I don't think you any reservations in Hua Hin right now. Good luck. erotichnaya
I like this: http://www.royalasiahuahin.com/ Around 1800 baht per night. Very clean, center location (but far from the beach) and it's a hotel, not a guesthouse.
