Stefan Loose books for German and a few more....If important I can figure it out and email for you.

IF ou are in BKK or some place in thald with a lot of travellers/bekpekkers etc simply pop into any 2nd hand bookshop: always in those places and always stocking the whole lot-from years ago.

German/Deutsch; Stefan Loose (orange) and Reise-Know-How. They also do excellent websites+fora in fact-all in german. Amazing how more informative they can be as often the ignorance on this particular site.

Svenska: mainly LP , also in translation, also WILMA (or maybe WIIMA), but boils down to same-same

The major competitor is in French+many south-europe translations: Trotter (le Petit Routard) and something like Le Petit Futë (small escape or so).

Frommer is tipically US/Americano only and is nowadays not even anymore for sale in Europe/new/normal bookshops. Impecunious studentsy-type Americano"s did with lets GO- but thats also vanished from the shelves here.

The JPNese have their dedicated own set, 1 excellent and very wide series is named globetrotter and is renewed every half year or so-for Thailand. IF LP simply bought a contract wit them and translated, 98% of their errors and unupdated mistakes would be gone.
