Browser Ie7

Featured Replies

There's been a number of posts recently about increasing net problems with sites and individuals still using IE6. When IE7 was first released {originally it was going to be Vista only} it required WGA certification of the Windows installation. Now whilst not condoning piracy, to be realistic here, it is possible that users in Thailand may be using systems which would fail the Windows Certification test.

Recognising that reality, subsequently, Microsoft made the IE7 download available without the check. I really do recommend that users of IE6 {or earlier} download and upgrade to IE7. Note IE7 will not run on Windows 98.

PS I prefer Firefox {though again version 3 doesn't support Win98 [version 2 does, which would be a much safer option for those using that platform]} but respect that others feel more comfortable with IE
