Ive given my Daughter a desk top PC for her birthday ( 10 years old ) and now she wants to learn how to use it

so I am looking for some computer learning programs I can download on to her computer , ive been to our local IT mall and checked out the usual shops selling computer software , but no luck. can any one recommend some thing that would suite a 10 year old ( Speaks Thai & English ) who just wants to learn more about computers , and if possible to make sure she understands a bit better - possibly basic learning programs in both Thai and English
