Police notice

The Royal Thai Police

have a 2 page "Advert" / notice

that comes up during intervals on UBC

It is all in Thai - I would be interested

in the English Translation.

The Thai script is in white on a Red Background

On the second page the numbers 1234 appear in

the script and at the bottom right is a red circle

broken by a red hand.

Can anyone translate please?

Roger

I just glanced at the TV and there it was, but I can't read that quickly. Something about, 'please stop supporting people who...' I'm guessing its referring to the black market cable TV providers. But I could be wrong. I'll have my GF watch it and I'll post when I know.

Hi Roger,

I had a little more time to look at it this time. Something to the point of broadcasting signals which have not been paid for is illegal. And (I think) subscribing to their services is illegal. Please do not support this activity. Turn in the bad guys at this number. (My rough translation). I think there are hundreds of operators in LOS stealing signals and then charging their customers a fraction of the cost of UBC. I don't know how it all works, but obvioulsy some people have found a way!
