mangostays Posted July 10, 2008 Share Posted July 10, 2008 Hello, Can anybody confirm (or deny) the current status of the proposed shift in transfere tax from 3% (or whatever it was) to 0.001%? This was supposed to happen a few weeks ago in an attempt to stimulate the real estate market. I've asked the lands department for clarification on Koh Phangan, but they generally mumble into their coffee cups and then stare off into space until you go away. Any advice appreciated.
