libya 115 Posted July 17, 2008 Share Posted July 17, 2008 SOURCE: Pattaya People News: July 17th 2008 Two Men Arrested for Sex Crime Two men, Toi and Koh were brought into Pattaya Police Station on the afternoon of the 16th July, after being arrested and accused of sexually assaulting a young girl under the age of 13. According to the girl’s parents, they had kidnapped the child and molested her at an apartment room in Huy Yai.
