BlackWolf
In the last number of Samui Express under the column " Varakorn to seek reelection" I read that Samui already had been classified as a thesaban muang or full-fledge municipality. They were quoted Interior Ministry deputy chief Supon Fongngam. Does anyone out there know more of this, or perhaps can vertify it. Mayby Samui Express would give their readers more information.
