Office 2007

Featured Replies

In Word 2003 no problem...go to tools/options and there was somewhere the tab for changing the default paths.

Not so in the 2007 version. Any idea how to change that?

okokok/....just found it!

for the records:

in the options there is at the very bottom a button "file locatons"...there you go!

If memory serves, click the Office button, choose Word Options at the bottom of the display, click Save in the left pane, and select Browse to the right of Default file location, identify the folder of your choice, then click OK to confirm

Regards

/edit That's what you get from answering the phone as well as the board :o

You could also download TweakUI (from microsoft website, google for the exact location). This allow you to redefine where "my document" and all those other "my whatever" actually points to.
