Where and how can I can one anyhow? How soon can that be done if credit info no problem ?

Not correct, but no-one said it was easy. Must have work permit and income evidence, 6 months of bank statements, no credit bureau problems and in some cases you would be required to put up an amount equivalent to the credit line as a form of security guarantee at the bank. Good Luck.
