I was given this plant One year ago , and I was told it came from the forest where it grows by attaching its self to tree bark , so I

originally tied it to the tree in our garden , its now grown to a very big size and now looks impressive . I would like to know about it

elkhorn or staghorn. I can't remember which.

Staghorn fern, Platycerium genus

Madagascar tropicals has some good advice on taking care of it, but google staghorn fern and you will find all sorts of information on this plant. They grow wild in the jungle on Koh Phangan.
