The Thai government has decided to impose an excise tax of 25% of the price. The seller showed me a model, 544.000 Bt ... and told me "brand new model, excise tax already deduct, E20 gasohol". Last year, my partner bought the same model (2007) for .. 544.000 Bt ! How do we know if the excise tax is really deducted ?
